The brief
A heritage bone-setting brand with almost no sales
Tit Tar Man is a traditional Chinese bone-setting therapy brand. It had near-zero sales and little presence. The job was to reposition it as a modern, trustworthy healthcare provider without losing its heritage, and to grow from one location to several.
The approach
Rebuild the brand, then grow it with CRM
I led the full rebrand: visual identity, healthcare-focused messaging, interior direction and the website. Growth came from CRM. We segmented patients, followed up with targeted outreach, and ran campaigns across digital and traditional channels that positioned the practice as a premium, modern option.
Expansion planning took the brand from one location to three branches, at Plaza Arkadia, Mid Valley Megamall and One Utama.
The outcome
150% more sales and three branches in two years
Sales rose 150%, 10,000 customers registered in the first year, and the brand grew from one branch to three within two years. The new positioning reached a wider audience, from young professionals to families, and CRM segmentation kept them coming back.
