The brief
Arming partners to sell what people don't think they need
F-Secure is a global cybersecurity company protecting millions worldwide. Across APAC, their go-to-market model relies on telco and reseller partners who bundle cybersecurity with broadband or mobile plans. The challenge: most consumers don't actively seek out cybersecurity products. Partners needed content that made digital threats feel real and urgent — not just corporate awareness posts, but material that helped them educate, engage, and convert end users. The content had to work across multiple APAC markets while feeling locally relevant to each.
The approach
Two content streams working toward one goal
I developed an always-on content strategy built around two distinct streams. The first — infographic content — distilled complex cybersecurity data into visual, shareable formats: scam statistics, threat breakdowns, protection tips, and myth-busting pieces. These gave partners data-driven tools to educate their audiences and build urgency around digital protection. The second — lifestyle and use-case content — brought cybersecurity into real-world contexts: stories of actual scam victims, seasonal risk scenarios, news-driven pieces on trending threats, and relatable use cases showing how protection fits into everyday life. This stream made cybersecurity feel personal rather than technical. Both streams served the same strategic goal: enabling sales partners with content that builds understanding, trust, and motivation to act — ultimately making it easier for them to sell to end users.
The outcome
One voice for partners across APAC
The two content streams gave F-Secure one social voice across APAC markets and partner channels. Partners got a library of ready-to-post content, from data-led infographics to lifestyle pieces, so they could run activations without making their own.
Together with targeted activation campaigns, this work contributed to about 30% growth in one partner's activations, and the content system became the base of F-Secure's regional partner enablement.
