Websites, branding and marketing for remodelers, cleaners and other home service businesses

I build the website and Google profile that put you in front of nearby searches, then the ads, follow-up and monthly SEO that keep the work coming.

The problems I fix

Good local businesses lose work for reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of the job.

For a heritage clinic in Malaysia, my rebrand and Meta ads funnel brought in 10,000+ new customers in the first year, and one branch became three.

The clinic had almost no sales. I rebuilt the brand and set up the route from ad to inquiry to booked visit, on a modest monthly ad budget. Sales grew 150% in the first quarter after the rebrand.

Need something that isn’t listed? Send it through the form below and I’ll quote it. Launch helps you get found; nobody honest can promise a ranking by a date, so I don’t. Ad budgets are paid to Meta and Google directly.

How it works

  1. A free check or a request

Send your website and the towns you work in, or tell me what you need. Within one business day I reply with what I’d do first.

  2. A call, then a proposal

Twenty minutes on Google Meet. By the next day you have one page with the scope, the price and the dates, agreed in writing.

  3. Build and handover

One to two weeks for Launch. You approve everything before it goes live, and you own all of it.

You’d work with me directly

I’m Wayne Lim, a creative director with twelve years in brand, campaigns and websites. I’ve led teams of up to 12 creatives and run campaigns for brands across Asia-Pacific.

I work from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I’m upfront about it. It keeps the prices fair, and I keep 8 to 10am New York time free for calls. You deal with me from the first email to handover.

Do I need a new website?

No. Launch can sit on its own address, like consult.yourcompany.com, and your current site stays as it is. If you’d rather replace it, I build a simple new one that you own.

How soon will I see results?

Google profile changes often show within a few weeks. New pages take longer to settle in search, usually one to three months. The first visibility check gives you a starting point.

How do I pay?

By US bank transfer (ACH). Half to start and half on handover, with the scope agreed in writing first.

Who owns the work?

You do, once it’s paid in full: the pages, the words, the photos and your Google profile.

Tell me about your business

Ask for the free check, book a call or send a custom request. Either way you hear back from me, not a sales team.

  • A reply within one business day
  • Fixed prices, agreed in writing before any work
  • No obligation after the free check

Your details are only used to reply to you.
